So where are King Henry VIII's descendants?

Finally I had an answer. I remembered that Elizabeth I (the daughter of King Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn) died with no kids. However, the Queen of England, Elizabeth II is still related to Elizabeth I as they are first cousins that have been 14 times removed. So, yeah, they are still related. :)) What's with all the fuss? Well, eventhough King Henry VIII was such a huge arse back in the days but still,  he made "history" and he's the most "controversial" king indeed. He killed all his wives (!!!) and he's the first ever King who got DIVORCED. Stupid? Yeah. But his story and the years that he reigned as King of England is very interesting and fascinating. Maybe not all of you will not get this "obsession" I have with England's history but you might want to open a book or two about it and you will know what I'm saying... :)

The Royal Wedding

I am still euphoric because of the Royal Wedding. I love anything that has to do with England and I am very fascinated with their history. I have read a couple of books and I'm planning to buy more. England is my dream and someday I will live there and take pictures and go inside their castles. Here are some pictures of the Royal Wedding that I reblogged from Tumblr. ENJOY! :)

Hypocrisy at its finest

My blog has been neglected the past few days. I have been really busy with work and I can't find the time to blog - until now. Well, anyway, here I am.

I wanted to share my thoughts about HOLY WEEK. Since it's Holy Week, I find myself thinking why there are a lot of people that goes through ABSTINENCE and even those we see on TV like, people mimicking Christ's suffering then  celebrities getting interviewed regarding their vacation plans this Holy Week. Should I say hypocrisy at its finest? Seriously. It's just sometimes very irritating to see these celebrities tweeting about abstinence and repentance but during Holy Week they are off on a far away place, having the time of their lives. HAH. Really twisted.

PixTrix

I am into lomo-ish pictures these days and I recently bought a lomo cam. Also, I have instagram installed in my iTouch and iPad as well. However, I was so surprised that Blackberry also has an app that is very similar with the app I currently have installed in my Apple devices "ala instagram". Luckily, I stumbled upon my best friend's recent uploads via her BB and asked her if there was something wrong with her camera. Yun pala she's using the app and I quickly downloaded if from BB app world (of course)! Here are the sample pictures:

My adorable baby boy, Lucas :)

                                                             And of course, US <3

See, pretty nice huh? So, for those who have BB phones there, go download the app :) You will definitely enjoy it! :)

P.S

Will blog more, I just need to finish some more articles. ;)

New meat

It's Friday and I should be celebrating by now. I can't because I am loaded with work. There are a lot of articles that I need to pass over the weekend so I can get my normal work schedule back. I slacked off for weeks cos a lot came up and here I am, cramming. I hate this. I am a "planning" person and I hate getting my plans screwed by things that don't make sense at all. Anyway, it's all in the past now and I am happy cos I love my job and I get really good pay :)

Every single day I follow a routine, and maybe that's just the way I am. I' m still in the process of learning new things about myself and I'm enjoying every moment. However, I know I won't be able to describe myself in one word even when I'm 6 feet under.

But I enjoy a lot of simple things, I'm a sucker for old movies. I don't know but I just love watching them especially the "black and white" ones. It's just soooo relaxing.

I love everything that has to do with Europe and their history. I have gotten quite a few books about it and my favorite is all about King Henry VIII and of course, the famous mistress, Anne Boleyn :)

The streets of London...

And of course watching my favorite TV shows which I find very relaxing:

  • National Geographic
  • Animal Planet
  • Discovery channel

Well, I think that's enough for my first post because I need to write my articles already.  :)) I will share a lot more! :)
